The Club sponsored and, thanks to Optimist John Harvey, hosted once-a-month Saturday Night Dances for local youth aged 8 to 13 (inclusive) at the Stanley Park Community Centre from spring 2011 through to the Christmas Dance in December, 2016.. The music and games were looked after by Tom Panchaud (Car Toons Mobile DJ Service).
